Know someone who wants to be a zoo keeper? Always wondered what it takes to care for zoo animals? Then this program is perfect for you! Participants spend the morning with keepers, helping them with their routine and getting the zoo ready for the day. Wear old clothes and comfortable shoes, since you'll be working side-by-side with the keepers! Due to the nature of this program, all participants must be 12 or older, and all children ages 12-14 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Always wanted to know more about the animals at the zoo? Here's your chance to get some answers from the keepers themselves! Meet some of the zoo's keepers, and hear all about the animals in their care. You'll enjoy several keeper talks on a variety of zoo animals. This program is open to all ages, but may be best for children over 5.
